概览

KAF−16200 是一款单输出、高性能 CCD（电荷耦合器件）图像传感器，具有 4500 (H) x 3600 (V) 光敏像素，适用于多种彩色或单色图像传感应用。每个像素都包含了通过横向溢出漏极实现的抗光晕保护，从而防止高光度条件下的图像损坏。彩色版本的每个 6.0 µm 方形像素均可选择覆盖红色、绿色或蓝色着色滤光镜，实现颜色分离。增加的微镜头可提高彩色和单色传感器的灵敏度。该传感器使用透明门极电极，与使用标准前侧照明多晶硅电极相比，提高了灵敏度。
