Current Sense Amplifiers | NCS214R
概览
NCS214R 和 NCV214R（AEC- Q100 认证）是电压输出电流感应放大器，可以在 −0.3 V 至 26 V 的共模电压下测量分路电压，而无论电源电压如何。在固定增益为 100V/V 的情况下，该零漂移结构的低偏移量使得电流感应在分路中的最大下降低至 10 mV（满度量）。此类器件可基于一个 +2.2 V 至 +26 V 电源运行，获取最大 80 µA 的供应电流。采用 SC70-6 和 UQFN10 封装。其他可用增益选项有： NCS213R (50 V/V)，NCS210R (200 V/V)，NCS211R (500 V/V)
