Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCP186
概览
NCP186 是一款极低漏稳压器，提供最高 1 A 的负载电流，在 -40 到 85°C 范围下可保持 1.0 % 的卓越输出准确度。1.8 V 到最高 5.5 V 的运行输入电压范围使得此器件适用于锂离子电池供电的产品，以及调节后应用。该产品提供若干固定输出电压选项，还可以根据需要提供 1.2 V 到 3.9 V 范围的其他电压。NCP186 针对过热和输出短路进行了完善的保护。该器件采用 8 引脚 XDFN6 1.2 mm x 1.6 mm 封装，尤其适用于空间受限的应用。

- Internal Soft-Start
- ±1.0% Accuracy in -40 to 85degC temperature range
- Thermal Shutdown and Current Limit Protections
- Stable with Small 1 µF Ceramic Capacitors
