Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCP3334
概览
NCP3334 是一款高性能、低漏 (LDO) 线性电压稳压器。基于线路和负载的精度为 ±-0.9%，具有超低静态电流和噪声，它包含了当今消费电子元件所需的所有必要功能。这款独特器件可保证稳定性而无最低负载电流要求，对于低至 1.0 µF 的任何类型电容器都保持稳定。NCP3334 提供逆向偏置保护。

- Thermal Shutdown Protection
- Current Limitation
- Requires only 1.0 uF Output Capacitance for Stability
- Stable with any type of capacitor, including MLCC
- No Minimum Output Current Required for Stability
- This is a Pb Free Device
