Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCP5501
概览
此低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器基于 1.25 V 至 5.0 V 的用户可调输出范围，或以 1.5 V、3.3 V 或 5.0 V 的固定输出电压提供最高 500 mA 的电流，典型输出准确度高于 3%。内部 PNP 通晶体管可实现低漏电压，以及在最低输入电压，满载电流下的运行。NCV 版本经过了需要更大温度范围和长度以及变化控制的高要求汽车应用的认证。NCP5500 和 NCV5500 版本包括了启用/关断功能，采用 DPAK 5 和 SOIC 8 封装。NCP5501 和 NCV5501 版本采用 DPAK 3 封装，适用于不需要逻辑开/关控制的应用。此稳压器系列适用于需要宽输入电压范围，在最高 500 mA 负载下实现低漏电压性能，且使用低成本陶瓷电容器的应用。集成的保护功能包括短路电流和高温关断。
