概览
NCP57302 是一款高精度、极低漏 (VLDO)、低最小输入电压和低接地电流正向稳压器，能够提供超过 3.0 A 的输出电流，3.0 A 负载电流下的典型漏电压为 315 mV，输入电压为 1.8 V 以上。该器件使用陶瓷输出电容器实现稳定性。该器件可承受最高 18 V 的最大输入电压。内部保护特性包括输出电流限制、内置高温关断和逆向输出电流保护。提供逻辑电平启用引脚。NCP57302 为可调电压器件，采用 D2PAK-5 封装。
