概览
NCP600 低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器，为固定电压选件或在 5.0 V 至 1.250 V 的可调输出电压范围内提供 150 mA 输出电流。适合电池供电应用，提供高性能功能，如低功率运行、快速启用响应时间和低漏。此器件适用于低成本的陶瓷电容器，采用 TSOP5 封装。
