LP2950 和 LP2951 是微型功耗、低漏 (LDO) 线性电压稳压器,特别适用于以极低输入-输出压差保持正确的调节。此类器件具有 75 µA 的极低静止偏置电流,能够提供超过 100 mA 的供应输出电流。提供内部电流和高温限制保护。LP2951 LDO 线性电压稳压器具有三个附加功能。第一个是 Errorbar 输出,可用于向外部电路发出超出调节范围情况的信号,或者用作微处理器加电重置。第二个功能用于将输出电压预设为 5.0 V、3.3 V 或 3.0 V 输出(具体取决于版本)或在 1.25 V 至 29 V 范围进行编程。它由带引脚输出电阻分压器组成,可直接访问误差放大器反馈输入。第三个功能为关断输入,可允许逻辑电平信号关断或打开稳压器输出。由于此类器件的低输入-输出电压压差和偏置电流规格,适用于需要较长电池使用寿命的电池供电计算机、消费品和工业设备。LP2950 采用三引脚盒 29 和 DPAK 封装,LP2951 采用八引脚双列直插 SO-8 和 Micro-8 表面贴装封装。带“A”后缀器件的初始输出电压允差为 +/-0.5%。
