Linear Regulators (LDO) | NCV662
概览
此系列低静态电流低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器最初设计用于手持通信设备和便携式电池供电应用，也可用于需要超低静态电流的汽车应用。由于该产品没有针对汽车电池运行所固有的高输入瞬变电压保护功能，因此应用作后级调节器件。此系列具有 2.5µA 超低静态电流，以及启用引脚，可将电流耗量降低到 0.1µA 典型值。每个器件都包含电压参考单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻，以及电流限值和温度限值电路等保护功能。NCV662 LDO 线性稳压器设计为使用低成本陶瓷电容器，需要 0.1 µF 的最低输出电容器。该器件采用微型 SC82-AB 表面贴装封装。提供无铅电镀选件。 标准电压版本为 1.5、1.8、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.3 和 5.0 V。
