MC14051B、MC14052B 和 MC14053B 模拟多路复用器是数字控制的模拟开关。MC14051B 高效实施 SP8T 固态开关，MC14052B 实施 DP4T，MC14053B 实施三路 SPDT。所有三种器件都具有低导通阻抗和极低的关断漏电流。可以实现完整电源电压范围的模拟信号控制。
