NC7WB3125 是一款 2 位超高速 CMOS FET 总线开关,并带可兼容 TTL 的有效低电平控制输入。该开关的低导通电阻允许输入连接到输出,而具有很小的传播延迟,且不会生成额外的接地反弹噪声。此器件组织为一个 2 位开关,具有独立的总线启用 (OE#) 控制。当 OE# 为低电平时,开关导通,端口 A 联接端口 B。当 OE# 为高电平时,开关开路,两端口之间存在高阻抗状态。控制输入耐压达 5.5V,而无论 VCC 如何。
