NCP1246 是一款新型固定频率电流模式控制器,具有动态自供电功能。此功能可激活内部启动电流源使其在启动期间、瞬变、锁存、待机等期间为控制器供电,大大简化了辅助电源和 VCC 电容器的设计。此器件包含一个特殊的高压检测器,会检测从交流线路上拔下的应用,然后触发 X2 放电电流。该高电压结构还包括了欠电压检测电路。NCP1246 具有基于计时器的故障检测功能,可确保过载检测;还具有可调节功率补偿,有助于保持最大功率,而无论输入电压如何。由于频率折回,该控制器在轻型负载条件下具有绝佳的能效,同时还能达到极低的待机功耗。内部频率抖动、斜坡补偿和多功能锁存输入使得此控制器成为坚固电源设计的绝佳备选。专用关断模式使得该 SMPS 与辅助侧控制器 NCP4353 或 NCP4354 联用时,能够达到极低的无负载输入功耗。配合使用时,该 SMPS 能够达到 <10 mW 的无负载输入功耗。辅助侧控制器向 NCP1246 发出进入睡眠模式的信号,最大程度降低了该控制电路的功耗。此产品符合 IEC60950 标准。请参见下面符合性报告部分中的测试报告和证书。
