概览

NCP1308 组合了真正的电流模式调制器和去磁化检测器，确保了任何负载/线路条件下的完全边界/临界导通模式，且具有最小的漏极电压开关（准谐振运行）。由于其内在的跳过周期功能，该控制器可在电源要求降至预先确定的水平之下后立即进入突发模式。由于这种情况是在低峰值电流下发生的，所以不会听到噪音。一个内部 10µs 计时器可防止空转频率超过某个高频率（因此低于 150kHz CISPR-22 EMI 启动限值），而跳过调节功能则使得用户能够选择突发折回发生的频率。动态自供电 (DSS) 大大简化了变压器的设计，无需使用辅助绕组为 NCP1308 供电。此功能对于输出电压在运行期间会发生变化的应用尤其有用（如电池充电器）。得益于其高电压技术，该集成电路可直接连接到高压直流轨。因此，短路跳闸点与任何 VCC 辅助电平无关。 变压器铁芯重置检测使用专用引脚实现的辅助绕组完成。如果在 Vcc 引脚上检测到 OVP，该集成电路则会永久性锁存关断。 最后，利用过电流故障保护电路 (OCP) 实施连续反馈信号的监测，使得最终的设计可靠耐用。
