概览
NCP1076A 和 NCP1076B 产品集成了固定频率电流模式控制器和 700 V MOSFET。它具有两个不同的引脚输出，采用非常常见的 PDIP−7 封装，高度集成，包括软启动、频率抖动、短路保护、跳过周期、最大峰值电流设定点、斜坡补偿和动态自供电（无需辅助绕组）。与其他单片方案不同，NCP1076A 和 NCP1076B 具有无噪音特性：在正常负载运行期间，该零部件在某个可用频率进行开关 (65 或 100 kHz)。当输出功率需求消失时，该集成电路将自动进入频率折回模式，在轻负载下提供出色能效。当功率需求进一步降低时，它进入跳过模式，将待机功耗降低到无负载条件。保护功能包括：检测过载或短路事件的计时器、带自动恢复的过电压保护。交流输入线路电压检测可防止低输入电压条件（欠压）以及过高输入线路（交流线路过电压保护）下的严重失控。这也可以使得过功率保护能够补偿高输入电压条件下的所有内部延迟，优化最大输出电流能力。为了提高待机性能，连接辅助绕组会停止 DSS 运行，有助于将高电平线路的输入功耗降至 50 mW 以下。
