NCP1612 是一款有源功率因数校正 (PFC) 控制器,专门用作 AC-DC 适配器、平板电视、照明镇流器和其他中等功率离线转换器中的升压预转换器。该控制器基于创新的电流控制频率折回 (CCFF) 方法。在此模式下,当电感器电流超过编程值时,该电路通常以临界导通模式 (CrM) 运行。当电流低于此预设水平时,NCP1612 会将频率线性下降,当电流为空值时大约降至 20 kHz。CCFF 可在标称负载和轻型负载下最大程度提高能效。尤其待机损耗降至最低。该控制器具有丰富的保护功能组合,可正确处理运行和故障情况下的电源阵列。 此器件具有专门的 PFC_Okay 输出,尤其适用于 LLC 控制器的 PFC 级。
