6 引脚 PFC 控制器 NCP1622 适用于驱动 PFC 升压级。它基于创新的谷同步频率折回 (VSFF) 方法。 在此模式下,当电感器电流超过编程值 Vctrl,FF 时,该电路通常以临界导通模式 (CrM) 运行。当 Vcontrol 低于此预设置级别 Vctrl,FF 时,NCP1622(版本 [B**] 和 [D**])将对频率进行线性降至约 30 kHz,直到 Vcontrol 达到跳过模式阈值。VSFF 可在标称负载和轻型负载下最大程度提高能效。 尤其待机损耗降至最低。与 FCCrM 控制器中的内部电路类似,即使在开关频率降低时也能实现接近一致的功率因数。该电路采用 TSOP6 封装,具有坚固紧凑的 PFC 级所需的功能,且外部组件很少。
