概览
NCP1282 是一个电压模式控制器，用于需要高能效和较少零件的 AC-DC 或 DC-DC 转换器。此控制器将两个同相输出与重叠延迟相结合，以防止同时导通，实现了软切换。主输出用于驱动前向转换器主 MOSFET。辅助输出用于驱动有源箝位电路 MOSFET、辅助侧的同步整流器或不对称半桥电路。NCP1282 在最大占空比限制、欠电压检测器和过电流阈值等重要规格方面集成了很高的准确性，减少了部件数量，降低了系统尺寸。NCP1282 的两个不同功能为软截止和带有时间阈值的周期调频电流限制。如果检测到严重故障，软截止电路则会以受控方式逐渐关闭转换器电源。周期调频检测器实现了出现连续过电流情况下的软截止序列。NCP1282 的其他功能包括线路前馈、高达 1.0 MHz 的频率同步、带前缘间隔 (LEB) 的按周期电流限制、独立的欠电压和过电压检测器、可调节输出重叠延迟、可编程最大占空比、内部启动电路和软启动。
