概览
NCP3020 是一款同步降压控制器（PWM 控制器），适合在较宽的输入范围内运行，能够产生低至 0.6 V 的输出电压。NCP3020A 提供集成的门极驱动器和内部设置的 300 kHz 振荡器（NCP3020B 为 600 kHz）。NCP3020 具有外部补偿跨导误差放大器，带有内部固定软启动。保护功能包括无损电流限值和短路保护、输出过电压保护、输出欠电压保护和输入欠压锁定。NCP3020 目前采用 SOIC-8 封装。
