NCP81239 USB 供电(PD)控制器是一款同步降压/升压控制器,适用于为笔记本电脑、平板电脑、台式系统以及其他众多使用USB PD标准和C−Type线缆的消费设备提供电池电压或适配器电压到所需电源轨的转换。NCP81239与USB PD或C−Type接口控制器结合使用时,完全符合USB 供电标准。NCP81239适用于需要动态控制摆率限制输入电压的应用,此类电压要求一般高于或低于输入电压。NCP81239驱动4个NMOSFET开关,使其能够降压或升压,支持USB PD标准中规定的受电方和供电方角色切换功能,适用于所有USB PD应用。USB PD降压/升压控制器使用4.5V至28V的电源和负载范围运行。
