TL594 PWM 控制器在一个片上结合了脉宽调制 (PWM) 控制电路所需的所有功能。此器件主要用于电源控制,为系统工程师提供了针对特定应用量身定制电源控制电路的灵活性。TL594 PWM 控制器包含两个误差放大器,一个片上可调振荡器,一个停滞时间控制 (DTC) 比较器,一个脉冲转向控制触发器,一个 5-V、5% 精度稳压器,一个欠压锁定控制电路,以及输出控制电路。误差放大器的共模电压范围为 -0.3 V 至 VCC -2 V。DTC 比较器具有固定偏移值,提供大约 5% 停滞时间。片上振荡器可以通过为参考输出端接 RT,并向 CT 提供锯齿输入进行旁路联接,它也可用于驱动同步多轨电源中的公共电路。无承诺输出晶体管可提供公共发射器或发射器-跟随器输出功能。每个器件均提供推拉或单端输出运行,可通过输出控制功能进行选择。此类器件的体系结构禁止了推拉操作期间任一输出脉冲两次的可能性。欠压锁定控制电路会一直锁闭输出,指导内部电路运行。TL594CD、CN、CDTB 的运行温度范围为 -40C 至 85C。
