FAN49100 是一款高能效降压-升压开关模式稳压器,接受高于或低于调节输出电压的输入电压。FAN49100 使用带有同步整流的全桥结构,能够在 3.6 V 下驱动最高 2.5 A,同时调节 3.3 V 的输出。FAN49100 可在步升和步降模式之间实现无缝转换,降低了输出干扰。 在中等和轻型负载条件下,使用脉频调制 (PFM) 以节能模式运行该器件,以保持高能效。在 PFM 模式下,该零件在负载步进期间仍然能够具有卓越的瞬变响应。在中等到重型负载条件或强制 PWM 模式下,该稳压器则切换到 PWM 固定频率控制。在 PWM 模式下,该稳压器以 1.8 MHz 的标称固定频率运行,因此可减少外部组件值。
