FAN7388 是一款单片三相半桥门极驱动集成电路，适用于在最高 +600 V 下运行的高压、高速驱动 MOSFET 和 IGBT。安森美半导体的高电压工艺和共模干扰抑制技术提供了高压侧驱动器在高 dv/dt 干扰情况下的稳定运行。先进的电平转换电路针对 VBS=15 V 提供了最高 VS=-9.8 V（典型值）的高压侧门极驱动器运行。输出驱动器通常会分别源/汲 250mA/500mA，适用于电机驱动系统中的三相半桥应用。
