NCD5701 系列是一组高电流、高性能独立 IGBT 驱动器，适用于包括电感加热、焊接、太阳能逆变器、电机控制和不中断电源的中到大功率应用。该器件不再使用很多外部组件，提供了一个成本高效的方案。 器件保护特性有有源米勒箝位（对于 NCD5701A）、准确的 UVLO、 DESAT 保护和有效低电平故障输出。这些驱动器还具有准确的 5.0 V 输出（所有版本）和单独的高电平和低电平（VOH 和 VOL）驱动器输出（仅对于 NCD5701C），方便系统设计。此类驱动器可采用较宽的单极偏置电源电压范围（对于 NCD5701B 则为双极偏置电源）。所有版本均采用 8 引脚 SOIC 封装。
