NCD(V)57252/3/5/6是大电流双通道隔离式IGBT栅极驱动器,从输入到每个输出都具有2.5/5kVrms内部电隔离,以及在两个输出通道之间的功能隔离。这款驱动器在输入侧可接受3.3V至20V偏置电压和信号电平,在输出侧可接受高达32V偏置电压。这款栅极驱动器接受互补输入,并提供单独引脚,用于Disable和死区时间控制,以方便系统设计。 提供宽体SOIC-16和窄体SOIC-16封装可选。
