该可调恒定电流稳压器 (CCR) 是一款简单、经济和耐用的器件，适用于为 LED 中的调节电流提供成本高效的方案（与恒定电流二极管 CCD 类似）。该 (CCR) 基于自偏置晶体管 (SBT) 技术，基于较宽的电压范围调节电流。它使用负温度系数来保护 LED 在极端电压和电流下不会发生热崩溃。该 CCR 将立即开启，20% 调节时仅使用 0.5 V Vak。Radj 引脚通过在 Radj（引脚 3）和阴极（引脚 4）之间连接一个电阻，使得 Ireg(SS) 能够调节为更高电流。如果无需条件，Radj 引脚还可以保持开路状态（无联接）。它无需外部部件，因此可设计用作高压侧或低压侧稳压器。高阳极-阴极电压额定值可耐受汽车、工业和商业标志应用中常见的电涌。该器件采用耐高温封装，无引线且符合 RoHS 要求，使用无卤素成型复合件。满足 AEC-Q101 标准要求，获得 UL94-V0 认证。
