NCP383 是一款单输入双输出高压侧配电开关,适用于电容负载较大以及可能发生短路的应用,并将两个极低 RDSON 的 N 沟道 MOSFET 集成在了一个封装内。该器件的每个沟道通过在输出负载超过电流限制阈值或存在短路时切换至恒定电流模式,将输出电流限制在所需水平。该电流限制阈值使用放置在 ILIM 和 GND 之间的下拉电阻进行外部固定。该电源开关的升降时间会进行控制以最大程度减小开关期间的电流振铃。内部反向电压检测比较器会在输出电压高于输入电压时禁用该电源开关,以保护开关输入侧的器件。/FLAGx 逻辑输出会在过电流、反向电压或高温条件下置于低电平。该开关由逻辑启用输入有效高电平或低电平控制。
