概览

NCT65 是一款低功耗温度监控器，采用 MSOP-8 封装。它监控远程热二极管的温度。所产生的温度随即与固定的 /THERM 限值（70°C 和 85°C）进行比较，如果产生的温度高于这些限值，则断言开漏 /THERM1 和 /THERM2 引脚。为了防止 /THERM 输出的恒定断言和去断言，NCT65 具有 5°C 的磁滞。NCT65 电源范围为 2.8 V 至 3.6 V，具有低电源电流特性，适用于便携式应用。
