概览
NCS2200 系列是业内第一个亚一伏、低功耗比较器系列。此类器件仅消耗 10uA 的电源电流。此类器件可在 0.85V 的低电压下保证运行，因此可用于需要小于 1.0V 的系统，在高达 6.0V 的电压下可完全运行，因此也方便用于 3.0V 和 5.0V 系统。其他功能包括无输出相位反转和过驱动输入、内部迟滞（允许进行洁净输出开关）以及轨对轨输入和输出性能。NCS2200 系列采用极小型 SOT23-5 封装。有八个选项，提供两个行业标准引脚输出。另外，NCS2200 和 NCS2202 采用 SC70-5 封装。NCS2200 还采用极小型 DFN 2x2.2 封装。NCS2200A 采用 UDFN 1.2x1.0 封装。当启用引脚被拉低（输出三态模式）时，电流消耗通常为 0.3uA。这就使得用户能够在便携式电子元件等功率敏感应用中使用此类器件。
