NCS2200 系列是业内第一个亚一伏、低功耗比较器系列。此类器件仅消耗 10A 的电源电流。此类器件可在 0.85 V 的低电压下保证运行,因此可用于需要 1.0 V 的系统,在高达 6.0 V 的电压下也完全可运行,因此也方便用于 3.0 V 和 5.0 V 系统。其他包括保护无输出相位逆向和过驱动输入、内部磁滞,因此可实现洁净输出开关和轨对轨输入和输出性能。NCS2200 系列采用互补和开漏输出,以及多种封装。具有用于 SOT−23−5 和 SC70−5 封装的两种行业标准引脚输出。NCS2200 还采用极小型 DFN 2x2.2 封装。NCS2200A 和 NCS2202A 采用 UDFN 1.2x1.0 封装。
