NB4N840M 是一款高带宽全带宽双 2 x 2 交点开关,带 CML 输入/输出,适用于 SDH/SONET DWDM 和高速开关等应用。此器件的全差分设计技术用于最大程度减少抖动累积、串扰和信号歪曲,因此适用于双接头和保护沟道开关应用。 内部端接的差分 CML 输入接受交流耦合的 LVPECL(正 ECL)或直接耦合的 CML 信号。因为提供内部 50 Ω 输入和输出端接电阻,所以无需外部组件,接口反射得以最大程度减少。将 50 Ω 电阻外部端接到 VCC 时,16 mA 差分 CML 输出提供匹配的内部 50 Ω 端接和 400 mV 输出摆幅。此器件的单端 LVCMOS/LVTTL SEL 输入控制信号通过交点开关的路由,因此可配置为 1:2 扇出、中继器或 2 x 2 交点开关。该器件采用小型 5mm x 5 mm 32 引脚 QFN 封装。
