NB100LVEP91 是 NECL 输出转换器的三路输入。 该器件接受 LVPECL、LVTTL、HSTL、CML 或 LVDS 信号,并将它们转换为 -2.5 V / -3.3 V NECL 差分输出信号。要完成电平转换,LVEP91 需要三个电源轨。 VCC 电源应连接到正电源,而 VEE 引脚应连接到负电源。 GNDI 引脚连接到系统接地层。 VEE 和 VCC 都应通过 0.01 uF 电容将其旁路接地。在开路输入条件下,Dbar 输入将在 VCC/2 时偏置,D 输入将下拉至 GND。 这种情况将迫使 Q 输出变为低电平,从而确保稳定性。仅为此器件提供 VBB 引脚,即内部产生的供应电压。 对于单端输入情况,将未使用的差分输入连接至 VBB,作为开关参考电压。 VBB 还可重新偏置交流耦合输入。 使用时,通过 0.01 uF 电容器对 VBB 和 VCC 进行去耦合,并将源电流或汲电流限制为 0.5 mA。 不使用时,VBB 应保持开路。
