LCX16374 包含十六个带有 3 态输出的非反向 D 型触发器,适用于总线导向型应用。此器件为字节控制。缓冲时钟 (CP) 和输出启用 (OE#) 对于每个字节是公共的,可进行短路以实现完全 16 位运行。LCX16374 适用于低压(2.5V 或 3.3V)VCC 应用,能够接口 5V 信号环境。LCX16374 采用先进的 CMOS 工艺,在保持 CMOS 低功耗的同时,实现了高速运行。
