安森美撤回收购 Allegro MicroSystems 的提议

安森美计划继续将资金用于已获授权的股票回购

2025年4月15日 – 安森美（onsemi，美国纳斯达克股票代号：ON）宣布已终止收购 Allegro MicroSystems， Inc.（“Allegro”）（纳斯达克股票代码：ALGM），并撤回了以每股 35.10 美元收购 Allegro 的全现金提议。

虽然安森美仍相信两家公司的合并本可整合双方高度互补的业务，使各自的客户受益，并为Allegro的股东带来立竿见影的价值，但安森美已确定目前没有可行的推进路径。
