Shenzhen Factory
Shenzhen Factory, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American onsemi group, was founded in September 1984 in Nanshan district, Shenzhen. It is the first foreign-invested enterprise in China's semiconductor industry, producing Power Integrated Modules and EV module products.

Suzhou
Suzhou Factory, a wholly-owned subsidiary of onsemi, was established in February 2002 in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu. It produces leading intelligent power modules, automotive modules, and SiC products. The site also includes assembly & test manufacturing, a product & test development center, a package & process development center and reliability & failure analysis laboratories.

Leshan Factory, a joint venture of onsemi and Leshan Radio Company Ltd., was founded in 1995 in Leshan, Sichuan. It is a pioneering semiconductor assembly and test company in China, producing various micro-packages like SOT, SOD, SC, and DFN.
