概览
MC14051B、MC14052B 和 MC14053B 模拟多路复用器是数字控制的模拟开关。MC14051B 高效实施 SP8T 固态开关，MC14052B 实施 DP4T，MC14053B 实施三路 SPDT。所有三种器件均具有低导通阻抗和极低的关断漏电流。可以实现完整电源电压范围的模拟信号控制。

- Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
- Analog Voltage Range (VDD - VEE) = 3.0 to 18 V Note: VEE must be <= VSS

- Low-noise - 12 nV/sqrt.Cycle, f <= 1.0 kHz Typical
- Pin-for-Pin Replacement for CD4051, CD4052, and CD4053

- For Lower RON, Use the HC4051, HC4052, or HC4053 High-Speed CMOS Devices
